Cancellation by Participant: 1.1 If you wish to cancel your registration for the medical conference, you must notify us in writing by email or through the conference registration portal. 1.2 The following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the conference start date: 25% of the registration fee will be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the conference start date or non-attendance: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Organiser: 2.1 In the event that the medical conference needs to be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, venue unavailability, or force majeure, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible. 2.2 If the conference is canceled by the organizer, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.
Substitutions: 3.1 If you are unable to attend the medical conference, you may request a substitution. Substitutions can be made by notifying us in writing by email or through the conference registration portal. 3.2 Substitution requests must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference start date.
Refunds: 4.1 Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receiving a cancellation request. 4.2 All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used during the registration process.
Changes to the Conference Program: 5.1 While we make every effort to adhere to the conference program as advertised, circumstances may require changes, including speaker cancellations or changes in the schedule. 5.2 We reserve the right to make such changes without prior notice and will not be liable for any resulting expenses or inconvenience.
